OSM grappige manager reacties (47)

In twee vorige delen (44 en 45) van de OSM grappige manager besteedden we aandacht aan de leuke reacties uit de Engelstalige versie van OSM. Amusing Manager Reactions, zoals het daar heet. Ook dit keer gaan we naar Engeland, want er viel weer genoeg te lachen.

Dat we zo nu en dan uitstapjes maken naar het buitenland betekent overigens niet dat de Nederlandse staff niet genoeg binnenkrijgt dat de moeite waard is, maar we sparen dat gewoon op voor de volgende delen.

Het grote voordeel van de reacties uit het buitenland is dat ze daar deze rubriek niet kennen en er dus geen fake berichten uit hoeven te worden gefilterd. Wel zo makkelijk.

Een manager denkt dat dit een goede beschrijving van een bepaald (mannelijk) stafflid is:

Apparently you have shoulder length blonde hair, are 5 ft 2, have 'nice boobs and a curvy ass' and like boyz, playing crap music very loud out of a tinny mobile phone speaker on the bus, and are reely good at standing gawking at strangers on street corners, innit.

Sommige managers hebben echt alles over voor een seizoenskaart. Misschien moet deze wel tegen zichzelf in bescherming genomen worden.

Het is af en toe ernstig gesteld met het Engels dat sommige managers gebruiken. Wat dat betreft zijn de meesten geen haar beter dan Nederlanders en schrijven ze alles zo onduidelijk mogelijk op. Lees dit verhaal maar eens:

juz wana ask whether if somewan cheat in a league n he is not yet dealt with by de ofm staff,may i noe wad is reason bhind it?izit bcuz de moderator n other managers is not on9 or dhey r 2 busy choosin de formations 4 dheir team dat dhey totalli didnt find out dat somewan cheat.n i oso wan 2 ask,if somewan fm de league cheatz,n no wan report him,does he go scot free or de ofm staff wil go find out who de cheater by checkin on all de leagues 2 c whether if somewan cheatz or not.so 2 say,if somewan cheatz,n yet no wan reports him,he wil b fine.am i rite 2 sae dat?

Een OFM stafflid probeerde van het bovenstaande verhaal nog chocola te maken en vertaalde het voor ons gewone stervelingen als volgt in normaal, beleefd Engels. Bij de laatste zin was het einde van zijn geduld echter wel bereikt:

I am writing to enquire as to which criteria OFM Staff members employ to determine whether a manager has cheated or not. I would very much like to learn this information, particurlarly appertaining to whether cheaters are able to operate successfully if other managers in their league choose not to report their nefarious activities, due to their preoccupation with setting formations and tactics, etc. Alternatively, perhaps you could confirm whether OFM staff rely not just on manager reports, but also carry out full checks of all OFM leagues to ascertain whether cheating is taking place. Essentially, I am under the misguided illusion that I can cheat like a bastard and get away wiv it, unless someone dobz me in to the rozzers, innit......

Als je denkt dat bovenstaande tekst erg is, dit is helemaal niet meer te volgen.

Als je 's morgens wakker wordt, je e-mail opent en als eerste dit mailtje krijgt dan weet je meteen weer dat je OSM stafflid bent:

hey man please can you buy me primium season ticket and please write back as soon as possible thanks a lot and only 6 will do please write back

Sommige managers weten echt niet van ophouden gewoon. Het is maar goed dat OSM staff leden over engelengeduld beschikken!

Tot slot een Spaanse manager, die even fijntjes uitlegt hoe oneerlijk de wereld in elkaar zit. Overtuigen deed hij ons niet, maar het is prijzenswaardig dat hij het probeert.

Why you have to pay in this game in order to do almost every thing?

Why only basic stuff can be done?

Why the one who pays has more advantadges than the ones who do not pay for tickets? I think there's some hatred and abuse towards our rights, because we are all equal; raze, sex or religion do not matter. You are against the rights of the people, we are all equal. Think it through and you'll realize that it's true.

The one who pays is better, it gives you orders you fulfill and offer them more options -> Unfair

More than one will say 'don't cry' and such... I'm not crying, I'm simply asking for everyone in this game to be equal.

Fucking capitalist world !!! (I don't understand this as an insult... don't ban my account for this, if you do so you're banning my right to complain). And I want respect regarding my rights, as I have with everyone on this page.
